Accesing Partner

The Partner Details screen provides Tenant Affiliate Management (TAM) users with detailed information about a partner, including their commissions history, event activity, and options to manage or edit partner details.

Accessing the Screen

To view the Partner Details screen:

  1. Navigate to the Partner List screen.
  2. Select a partner from the list and click on their name to access the details.

Screen Sections

Partner Information

This section displays key information about the selected partner:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Total Commission

Actions Button

Located on the top-right of the details section, the Actions button provides:

  • Edit: Redirects to the partner's edit screen, where partner details can be modified.
  • Add Commission: Opens a modal or form to add a new commission entry for the partner.


Timeline Section

The Timeline section provides a chronological list of significant activities related to the partner, such as:

  • Product and Commission added
  • Product and Commission by fixed amount
  • New Partner created successfully

Each entry includes:

  • Description of the activity
  • Date


Commissionables Section

The Commissionables section lists all the partner's commissions in a table format. The table includes the following columns:

  • Product: The name of the product linked to the commission.
  • Created: The date and time the commission was added.
  • Commission Type: Displays as "Percent" or "Fixed Amount."
  • Commission: The amount of commission (formatted in the appropriate currency, e.g., USD).

Additional Features

  • Add Commission Button: Click to open a form or modal to add a new commission entry.
  • Pagination Controls:
    • Displays the total number of commission entries.
    • Allows users to select the number of records per page.
    • Contains "Next" and "Previous" navigation buttons for switching between pages.


Kebab Menu (…)

Each commissionable entry has a kebab menu providing the following actions:

Remove: Removes the selected commission from the table.



Logs Section

  • If no logs are available, a placeholder message (e.g., "No logs available") is displayed, along with a relevant icon.
  • Logs for recent activities, such as updates or deletions, will be displayed here in future iterations.

Events Section

This section provides a detailed record of partner-related actions in a table format.

Table Columns:

  • Created On: The date and time the event occurred.
  • ID: A unique identifier for the event (copyable via a clipboard icon).
  • Status: Describes the event type (e.g., "Product and Commission added").

Pagination Controls:

  • Displays the total number of events.
  • Allows selection of records per page.
  • Provides "Next" and "Previous" navigation buttons.

Event Types:

The following events can be logged:

  • Product and commission added
  • Product and commission updated
  • Product and commission deleted
  • Product and commission by percentage
  • Product and commission by fixed amount
  • Partner successfully updated
  • New partner created successfully


Behavior and Validation

  1. Edit Partner: The "Edit" option from the Actions button navigates to the edit screen for the selected partner.
  2. Add Commission: Clicking "Add Commission" opens a form or modal to create a new commissionable entry.
  3. Pagination: Both the Commissionables and Events sections support pagination for navigating through entries.
  4. Timeline Updates: The Timeline shows recent activities related to the partner.
  5. Event Logging: Actions such as adding or deleting commissions are logged and displayed in the Events section.
