Accessing a User

Each User has a detailed page where an Admin can access all the information of a selected User and also has options of actions that can be done to the selected User.

To access the detail page of a User, the Admin can access "Settings", "Users" and then click on the selected User:

On the detail page of a User, it is possible to see their First Name, Last Name, E-mail Address, Title, Phone Number, and Status (Active or Inactive). It is important to stress that all the User's information, but the Status, will be the same on any Tenant they have access to.

The Admin will have the option to go back to the list of Users by clicking on the "back" button on the top right corner of the page or by using the "X" on the top left corner of the page

User Actions

For Users that were not SSO (Single Sing-on) type, the Admin will also have a menu of Actions that include the options: "Edit", "Reset Password" and "Update Password".

For SSO type of Users, those actions are not available on Inspire's site, only through the main host.
