Creating an Order

Currently, the creation of orders is exclusively facilitated through the payment of a payment link, regardless of whether the payment link includes a product price or is solely a price-only payment link.

It is crucial to note that attempting to pay a payment link, which is instantly rejected at the hosted checkout, results in the generation of an order marked with the status "Void." Orders with this status cannot be paid at a later time. Similarly, a payment link that prompts the customer to input personal information, progresses to the payment step, but the payment is not concluded, generates an order categorized under the status "Abandoned." Such orders also cannot be paid subsequently; however, the customer is created using the entered information for tracking purposes.

Upon successful payment processing, two scenarios may unfold: if the payment gateway promptly confirms payment acceptance, the order is updated to the status "Paid." Conversely, in instances where payment methods requiring approval, such as a bank slip, are employed, the payment status is designated as "Pending" until the bank confirms the transaction. Until confirmation occurs, the order is maintained with the status "Open."
