This documentation provides guidance on the partner login, password recovery process, and setting a new password after requesting a reset.
Partner Account Login and Password Recovery Process
Step 1: Partner Login
Partners can log into their account by navigating to the Sign In page.
Login Page:

Fields:
- Email: Enter the email address associated with the partner account.
- Password: Input the account password.

Actions:
- Sign In: Click to log in after entering valid credentials.
- Forgot Password?: Click to start the password recovery process if you've forgotten your password.
Validation:
- If incorrect credentials are entered, an error message will prompt the user to recheck their login details.
Step 2: Password Recovery
If a partner forgets their password, they can use the Forgot Password? option to initiate the reset process.
Password Recovery Confirmation:

Instructions:
- Users receive an email with a password reset link after entering their account email.

- The email contains a Reset Password button that redirects the user to set a new password.
Step 3: Set a New Password
Once the user clicks the reset link sent to their email, they are redirected to the New Password page.
New Password Page:

Fields:
- New Password: Enter a secure new password.
- New Password Confirmation: Re-enter the password for confirmation.

- Save Password: Confirms and saves the new password.
Password Requirements:
- Minimum length of 8 characters.
- Must include:
- One uppercase letter.
- One lowercase letter.
- One number or special character (e.g.,
@
,#
,!
).
Success Confirmation:
After successfully resetting the password, the user is redirected to the confirmation screen.
Password Reset Confirmation Page:

- Message:
- "Password Changed: Your password has been successfully updated."
- Button:
- Return to Login: Click to go back to the login page and access the account with the new password.
Summary of Steps
- Log In: Use valid credentials on the Sign In page.
- Forgot Password?: Initiate the password recovery process if credentials are forgotten.
- Check Email: Click the Reset Password button in the recovery email.
- Set New Password: Enter and confirm the new password on the New Password page.
